WHAT EXCITES YOU MOST ABOUT JOINING THE PENTLAND COLLECTIVE?
One of the things I’m most excited about is working alongside a great cohort of people who are passionate about creating positive social impact, I’m really excited to hear all the various ideas and solutions we come up with that will ultimately shape the future of Pentland Brands.

WHAT ARE YOU MOST PASSIONATE ABOUT?
Equality of opportunity. My lifetime passion is to promote equality of opportunity where everyone deserves a fair chance to succeed with their talent and effort. This multifaceted goal requires providing needed groups early-childhood support, quality education, medical support, and eliminating discrimination. My goal for the coming months is to break into 3 hours for a full marathon.
WHAT EXCITES YOU MOST ABOUT JOINING THE PENTLAND COLLECTIVE?
Promoting corporate citizenship. Pentland Brands could act as the steward of consumers to invest in the sustainability and prosperity of communities, and as a leader to promote ethical, sustainable and healthy lifestyles. Personally, I am excited to contribute my knowledge and experiences to further Pentland Brands’ sustainability agenda and involvement with the Chinese youth communities.
WHAT DO YOU HOPE TO ACHIEVE BY JOINING THE PENTLAND COLLECTIVE?
I would like to see Pentland Brands supporting and driving social changes in China. Gender equality, respect for rights, a balanced lifestyle and identity expression are emerging values among young Chinese. As a progressive and leading brand, Pentland could support their agenda and further these much-welcome social changes.

WHAT ARE YOU MOST PASSIONATE ABOUT?
I’m most passionate about gender equality and equity in all aspects of our lives. Looking for the intersections of gender with other challenges such as of Climate Change really brings in new perspectives and how it is actually holding us back as a society and reaching our potential to the fullest.
WHAT EXCITES YOU MOST ABOUT JOINING THE PENTLAND COLLECTIVE?
The fact that I get to connect with other leaders from around the world and advise the Board members of the Pentland Collective to shape the future of business.
WHAT DO YOU HOPE TO ACHIEVE BY JOINING THE PENTLAND COLLECTIVE?
I really hope to shape the future of businesses which are sustainable, sensitive, and that have the voice of young people in them. Today we have 1.8 billion young people in the world and in the era of globalisation where businesses play such an important role in every aspect of our lives and of the future, it is important to have the voices of young people in the boardrooms so that we can have our voices and decide for our own futures.

I wish to contribute to a broader knowledge and respect of Chinese youth and their unique insights by studying the opinions and values of the younger generation in different parts of the world.
